Professionally I am primarily a Billing Solutions Consultant with an emphasis on telecom (recurring landline and mobile) turnkey services. I have also established several Interactive Voice Response (IVR) call centers with a focus on 800 telephone numbers for direct response and automated Credit Card Billing services. Our solutions have been used for Internet Billing (credit card OR "No Credit Card Needed") and more recently for mobile marketing "voice advertising". Personally - as you may have guessed I am an animal lover and a big Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan!
